On thursday i cycled back home from nsc and i stopped at the traffic lightcos red light then i saw this racer the frame was montana and the tyreswere changed to Panaracer which cost almost 100 bucks. The cyclist stared at me so i was like im gonna make you eat ****. I wanted to race him and i did, it was green light and i chong my pedals as if an african cheeta was chasing after me and i only manage to keep pace with him for maybe 5 secs?. He totally own my ass man screw that guy, after that i is damn sian already so i take my time cycling home trying to find short cut home but instead i took 10 mins longer to get home. Thursday was screw up,next time i see racer cao first, i is hum ci already scared of racer.

Had two days of gym and four days of water training tired man on thurday justin threw like almost 50 gybes at me?..At least got no regetta if not every morning wake up at 830 then i confirm pon school on monday. Justin switched boats with Jovina today and he capsized twice i think , then i sailed single-handed for a while, quite fun sia trapeze and hold rudder.

Tomorrow i is sleep in untill 11 then eat breakfast and try,try to chong homework then watch star idol at 8. If i good mood then i play warcraft with my brother its 11.55 already..Oh, its Russell's birthday today and Roxane's tmro happy birthday!!.. see you all and all the best to the sailors tmro!

Finally i guess, the last time i blogged was two months ago after coming back from shanghai.. The past two months i must say, was really tiring,have been sailing the 420 with stine for almost 3 months now. Sch's really boring, new teachers and i really really hate geography,really lucky to have passed the test without studying for it. We got some really crappy physics teacher but at least,she helped me to score a B3.. For chem we got this teacher who came from jurong sec.. his name is= Sherman Ong,he is damn gay man hahas he keeps showing the class videos tt aren't related to chem.Then English we got Roger, cool man.Chinese we got this new teacher,he is 26 years old and we dont really understand what he teaches but at least i got DOM, Wei xiang and Aaron in chinese class.Well just got our module 1 results last friday i think i started 2006 quite well in terms of academic.Trials ended almost two weeks ago, we beat kevin but lost to chun, but nvm there are 6 more competitions this year and im not giving up. yet. Liu Hong just came back from China and the 420s are training under him again. The past three weeks have been really stressful and depressing, i lost three of my buddies from the hostel because they did something wrong, sailors are playful-im serious-. Anyway hope they learn they lesson ahh, i got geog tmro haiz. I went to see doctor Tay today in sports science abt my asthma its surely getting worse. I didnt know my asthma was that serious , got to take some lung functioning test soon, well hope i could recover from this illness that has bugged me for the past 15 years.Its late now i got to go to sleep. We've got basketball tmro at 6.30. Nights everybody,

As usual, trng tmro 10-6.. got 420 conversion course hahas.. hope the wind tmro will be 10-12 knots.. i wanna trapeze!!.. wonder how much my fitness will drop when i come back.. hahas.. went to sch today for gym.. bloody gym coach wasn't there.. so i had to self-gym.. .. its 11pm now. as usual i cant sleep. listening to incubus now.. nice!

yawns.. i wanna die liao.. its seems as though training is getting more and more tiring everyday.,., what we did this morning: cycled to fort road then had lunch at east coast macs and went bowling, and cycled back to nsc.. distance covered: almost 20km i guess.. hahas.. plus the lunges yesterday.. then we chilled out for a while in nsc and did some land drills.. hahas.. played soccer then it was the sea games thingy.. off form liao.. i ate so little.. heard from Terry the other 420 sailors are going karaoke haha im getting to know the squad quite well now.. gtg cao.. *faith

yes, im tired, i must say 420 training is really tiring especially gym.. today gym was like whoa?!! hahas.. low row pulley, lap pulls, back extension, biceps , dips.. three sets of 15 each maximum weights.. plus 30 "jumping lunges" after finishing each exercise.. so in total 450 "jumping lunges" not bad huh?.. i survived.. hahas then its 1.1km row.. first 500m both hands then one hand 100 m and change.. water training was good hahas.. jiao lian put chun in our boat so he could help us out.. haha wind was 10-12 knots.. upwind i was on full trapeze and stine was playing main.. we did long upwind and downwind, still trying to get the hang of the spinnaker... hahas. maybe i should start cycling to tampines mall now.. after 9pm, cakes in cafe cartel must go 50%.. muahaha i dont need to control my diet now.. hahas.. bye *faith

Bleagh.. tired!!!... went out today, lan and movie again, as usual. Watched chicken which was darn boring, was sleeping in the cinema. after that i went to wheelock with faris, hahas the ipod video is totally cool just that the price of it is even cooler. after that we went to chill out at plaza sing.. nth much there. took a mrt and it stopped at yishun?.. dont know why, so faris and i had to take a cab down to sports school to watch the inter sports school soccer match between my sch and brunei and we won 3-0 but still, crashed out of the competition anyways,but dont give up guys! there's always next year. chatting with patrick on msn now, he is back in singapore and has to serve ns next month muahahas gd luck pat.. yepp got to report at 10am tmro in nsc.. bye! chilled..

Hahas... lim pei yao cao liao.. yea haha i'll be converting very soon and its confirm so dont try to persuade me not too, sailed opti for the last time today. Finished second and lost to tim on a count back haiz nvm, i lost to a better sailor so its alright. four races: 2,1,2,4 and i guess thats the most consistent i ever got in a regatta this year so its pretty much like whoa/wow, thats how i feel. But,but the sad thing is my ranking is 12?!.. ahhhh i still want a good ranking.. Damn!,, ..tmro is rest day haha actually i've got gym in sports school from 10-12 but im really tired, the mind is willing but the flesh is week.. surely i deserve some rest right?.. then is chonging time, must whack gym and there's gonna be trng almost everyday. gotta cao now bye. heyy hahas today was great woke up at 12.oo then had breakfast at home. Then i started painting my room with the help of my dad and my bro (he totally screwed things up usual) i cant believe we took like 180 mins just to get the room done haha its blue and "yellow" yea.. wanted black and red but my mum didnt like so change lor.. by the time everything in my room was in order it was 6 already so ya, kinda slack. Cycled to pavillon to play cs.. walk around tm and cycled back. My mum told me that we'll be going bowling and i was like huh?!.. not again cause its like the family bowls almost every saturday and im really getting so sian of it already but nvm hahas cos she's paying and im playing. But b4 that we had dinner at Hong Kong cafe at east coast road, i ordered "Famous Hong Kong Instant Noodle" $6.50.. damn ex but it was worth the money.. haha and tried "Perfect One".. its a drink, coffee and "teh" mix together with ice cream haha slurp.. it was nice okay although it sounds really gross. then headed to leisure bowl at east coast park.. two games 64 and 76 , noob thats all i can say. sian la.. no trng for one whole week, training today was kinda screwed up lost 2 races for team racing and thats like really crappy.. yea had jap food for dinner cause its my mum's birthday and went to tampines mall after that.. pierce another two holes . hey!.. in com lab now.. damn boring.. shall blog abt last week, had OBS quite fun at the same time damn lame and tiring. slept only three hours on the last night..The food was "great" and the beds were indeed really "soft" .. yepp spend 75% of the time in classroom having theory.Did kayaking with Wei xiang haha,crashed into erm almost everything that was in our way, had trng on saturday and sunday.. took Mc on monday and tuesday.. nat colours on friday.. yea can pon workshop.. haiz.. dammit im screwed, no actually almost screwed.. haiz what am i suppose to do? stay in opti or move on to 420 or byte?.. im not sure... i've sailed in 4 trials, made it to thailand, perth, japan and myanmar. haiz.. trying to finish all my homwork by tonight. so tired!! sail byte yesterday and i got 1ST!!! yay!! haha calvin lim and edwin joined us for trng today haha... the wind was shifting like.. ermm ALOT!!!!!!! haha we were doing a course, calvin had the best start followed me, after the race i whack up and the ex- world champ tack to cover me-that was the right thing to do. haha as the wind was fairly light and i couldnt skull on the byte i kinda like sit in my boat. soon i realized that i was actually moving faster than the ex world champ. we both sailed into a gust- i expected it to be a lifter but it was a header so the ex world champ tacked. And i tacked to cover him. thanks to my wonderful boat, sail, "ropes" tuning i manage to sail further away from him-phew! .. and 200m away from mark one, it was obvious that i was leading with amb or caroline fighting for the third and fourth postition. then the wind died. way cool.. i stood up in my boat using my bino i couldnt find wind 125m within where i was standing. so i was confident it would be another lets slack race, i sat in my boat listening to the waves, my opponents talking-or rather F-ing kevin. then i closed my eyes, saw myself finishing first. saw myself sailing the race of my life. saw my friends and my coach pat my shoulders and say- well done! or rather in chinese: jiao lian- sherman ni bu cuo ah xian zai yao focus on trials le. hahas well sorry if im kinda ego but this is how i motivate myself. gtg Cao

heyy!!!.. back from aust, hahas.. really tired. we moved club 2 times la hahas and XXD was screwing things up, again hahas. scott tim and stine saw sharks in royal fresh water bay.And i flew out of my boat and capsized in the indian ocean hahas..kinda cool man. The water was so freaking clear in fremantle haha scary and Andrew said there were sharks eg. great white and tiger shark haha so glad i made it back to singapore alive. haiz.. jus came back ,, the camp was like totally COOL dude!.. hahaz .. okay day one,, on the way there to Sentosa i received as message ..by some ''unknown'' gal and i told her to gimme 5 hours to think about it ... i'm not gonna tell you the question coz.. u don't need to know!.. so i was like jacking this "unknown" gal haha actually i could give her the answer straight away but i needed to "observe" her .. sorry bout that k... it was like totally cool when i sent her that message i suddenly felt something unexplainable.. it was the feeling of joy and ever-lasting love kinda-of feeling.. haha and on the second day we did fashion show *yeah* hahah i dressed up like a chio-bu with big boobs .. it felt sick but really funny.. now i know wad does it feel like to be a gal !.. troublesome dude!.. haha and we had to put up a performance .. my group was yang,jov,rachel and jared!.. we did this song boobies boobies sang by"britney spears" and the ending part was jared touching my balloon "boobs" ewwww haha so camp was like damn fun.. slept for like 5hours for two days? yea! ya.. right now i need to focus on Asean! i'll do my best! haha gotta eat dinner now..*sorry unknown gal , hope you're not getting pissed haha bye!*luv yoo!

At last!!!!! damn my com screwed up haiz,,, injured my wrist while playing soccer thanks to Abel haha and i'm sick now.. tummy pain and slight fever .. haiz haiz pity scott can't sail for like 4 weeks?.. ya hope that he can go to Asean and we'll trash everyone in team-racing yeah!!.. but myanmar light wind .. haiz i want it to be like 25 knots haha and see alvin die!!din train for like 5 days ?.. haiz hope i can train tmr. monday got maths test wed got chinese and science.. i dont wanna fail science!!!!!!..*yawn* damn tired sia .. listening to perfect ten now... need to buy new sail liao.. haiz competition coming up soon must get my first!!!! *Yawn* hehe jus reach home i'm like so damn tired ah! hehe morning trng i did 14.3km in 15mins for cycling haha not bad ah but stine did 14.23km haiz beat me la.. pro la and 2km row hehe kinda fun actually and had mac for lunch and there was no wind the whole day .. boring rite? we played badminton the whole day till like 7.20pm?.. ya haha trng rocks and so does my DEAR!!!!.. hehe and on my way back home in the bus i was feeling kinda down and she cheered me up ! thanks dear ...
